How activation works

Your key is delivered to your account after payment is confirmed. You redeem it on the platform named on the product page.

From payment to key

We email you when your keys are ready. For security the email links to your account and does not contain the key itself.

  1. Step 1: Payment confirmed: your key is issued to your account
  2. Step 2: It stays masked and encrypted until you reveal it
  3. Step 3: Copy it, or open the platform's redeem page

Steam

You needa Steam account and the Steam app

  1. Step 1: Open Steam and sign in.
  2. Step 2: Open the Games menu, then choose Activate a Product on Steam…
  3. Step 3: Enter the key and follow the prompts.
  4. Step 4: The game appears in your Library.

Epic Games

  1. Step 1: Sign in to the Epic Games Launcher or epicgames.com.
  2. Step 2: Open your account menu, then choose Redeem Code.
  3. Step 3: Enter the key and choose Redeem.

EA app

  2. Step 2: Open the menu (☰), then choose Redeem code.
  3. Step 3: Enter the key and choose Next.

Ubisoft Connect

You needa Ubisoft account and Ubisoft Connect for PC

  3. Step 3: Enter the key and confirm.

Xbox

You needa Microsoft account

Xbox codes have 25 characters.

  1. Step 1: Go to redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with the account you play on, or on console open Microsoft Store and choose Redeem.
  2. Step 2: Enter the 25-character code.
  3. Step 3: Confirm.

PlayStation

You needa PlayStation Network account in the key's region

PlayStation codes have 12 characters.

  1. Step 1: On PS5 open PlayStation Store, choose … then Redeem Code, or on store.playstation.com open your profile and choose Redeem Codes.
  2. Step 2: Enter the 12-character code.
  3. Step 3: Confirm.

Nintendo

You needa Nintendo Account (Nintendo Switch)

Nintendo codes have 16 characters.

  2. Step 2: Choose Redeem Code.
  3. Step 3: Enter the 16-character code and confirm.

GOG

  2. Step 2: Enter the key.
  3. Step 3: Confirm. The game appears in your GOG library.

Battle.net

Rockstar

If a key doesn’t work

Replacement or refund if a key doesn't work. We reply within 1 business day.

The key is for another region
Check the region on the order page. A region-locked key activates only on an account registered in that region. If the product page stated a different region from the key you received, report it from the order.
The key says it was already used
Report it from the order with a screenshot of the message. We check it with the issuer and replace the key, or refund it if no replacement is available.
The platform asks for a different account type
Some keys need a specific account, such as a PlayStation account in the key's region. The requirement is listed under “Before you buy” on the product page.
How to report it
Open the key in Account → Keys and choose “Key not working? Report it”, within 30 days of delivery. We check it within 3 business days and send a replacement key, or refund it if no replacement is available.
