Keyrook offers activation keys for games and DLC, subscription codes, gift cards, top-ups and software to customers in the United Kingdom and European Union member states. You buy each key from us, at the price shown, and we issue it to your account after your payment is confirmed.
What we offer
Six kinds of product, each with its own page and filters for platform, region, genre and language:
What every product page shows
- The platform the key is redeemed on and the account you need for it.
- The activation region, and the languages the publisher lists.
- The edition, a subscription's duration or a gift card's value and currency.
- A price you can view in EUR, USD and GBP, checked again before you pay.
What we don't do
- Buy keys from users or let users exchange keys with each other. Keyrook is a store: every key comes from us.
- Offer random or mystery keys, loot boxes or anything with a random outcome.
- Offer game or platform accounts, or ask for your platform password.
- Offer keys that need a VPN, or keys for regions we don't serve.
How ordering works
- Payment
- Pay by card (Visa and Mastercard) on our payment provider's secure page. Prices can be shown in EUR, USD and GBP. Payment policy
- Delivery
- Your key appears on your order page, usually within minutes after your payment is confirmed. We email you when it is ready. How activation works
- Key guarantee
- If a key does not activate, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it within 14 days. Key guarantee
- Cancelling
- You can cancel for free until your key is issued. The 14-day right to cancel ends once delivery has begun at your request. Refund policy
